Special Guests

Today I had a real treat. I had two guests at today's supervised contact session with my beloved son James. They are seen in the photo above. From left to right: My 12 year old son James, Kemi Adegoke [Conservative Dulwich and West Norwood 2010 Parliamentary candidate], Hamish Badenoch [ most recent Dulwich and West Norwood Deputy Chairman] and Me [Yvonne P Stewart-Williams].

Today's contact was supervised by Nana.

This afternoon, Hamish and Kemi treated my son and myself to a Pizza Express meal in Herne Hill.

After the meal, I took James for a walk in Brockwell Park. At the end of the contact session James gave me another 50th Birthday card.

I am so pleased to have spent some quality time with my son. It took my mind off recent events in my life.

Altered Perception

It's 4am. I've been awake for two hours. I have been thinking about my forthcoming [Monday 7th November 2011] court case. I feel harassed and pressured as a lesbian.

My most recent psychiatric report for my last court appearances in 2009, and written up in full in my book 'Altered Perceptions' published by  the mental health publisher - Chipmunkapublishing, is when I was first diagnosed with Erotomania.

Charged!

Today I was charged with Harassment without Violence. I am due to appear in court on Monday 7th November 2011.

This afternoon I have been trying to secure myself a Criminal Justice Solicitor.

I am vulnerable due to my mental health diagnosis and previous spent criminal conviction.

My relationship with my 12 year old son is now in the balance. My job security is now uncertain. My housing situation is now unstable.

I feel confused by the woman that I love and harassed by the law.

We Are Revolting! 40 Years of Queer Activism

Today I went to the 'We Are Revolting! 40 Years of Queer Activism' organised by LAGNA - Lesbian and Gay Newsmedia Archive. It was located at Bishopsgate.

I was delighted to see and speak to Robert Thompson -  Chair of the LAGNA committee. Robert told me that he remembers me and my son visiting LAGNA, years ago, when it was based in the Middlesex.  University.

Caroline Spelman MP

Today is my fiftieth birthday. After being at work all day, where I was given a chocolate cake by my lovely colleagues, I spent the evening with my Local Conservative Party. This is a photo taken of me today with Caroline Spelman MP.
